Great staff and selection My girlfriend and I were looking for estate wedding/engagement rings and Lang's by far has the best selection of anyplace in the Bay Area. The staff is very knowledgable and let US put a ring on hold for 3 days while we thought about our ring. We continued to look, but at the end of the day my girlfiend kept saying that the rings were as perfect as "my" ring. I ended up calling Lang's and purchasing the one of a kind ring and we couldnt be happier. Lang's is definitely the place if you want to find a wedding/engagement ring that is one of a kind and you wont find anywhere else. We love Lang's and would suggest them to anyone!

Danelle, our salesperson, was very patient with us, listened to what we were looking for in an engagement ring and gave us a great deal within our budget. We've been back since and had mixed reviews. They're usually pretty helpful getting the ring cleaned, chatting about resizing and what not. However, last time we went the guy told us my wife would need to have her prongs tightened (~$100) before he could clean her ring. This seemed a little weird since we had just gotten the ring adjusted a month or so before and this wasn't mentioned. We decided to wait and talk to Danelle next time we had a chance. I'll update this review after we get down there again.

Our experience was very positive My Fiancee and I went into Shreve to try on watches that we are considering as a wedding present (her to me). We were greeted pleasantly and directed to the appropriate sales person. While they didn't have a couple of the watched we wanted to look at, they had a good selection. The salesperson (Nina) was relaxed and helpful. We looked at a couple of specific watches and then browsed and looked at a couple others. She even offered to swap the band on a watch that we were considering to a different color if we wanted. We are young, and were not particularly well dressed. I did not feel that we were being treated as anything less than a paying customer even though we had no intention on buying anything that day. We browsed some of their jewelry selection before we left. We were not pressured or talked down to. Overall we had a very pleasant experience. I would have given them five stars except they did not have the entry-level watches of this particular brand we were looking at (Jaeger-LeCoultre) - I got the impression that they deliberately don't carry those, but then again, I could be completely wrong. Also, to be fair, we were just doing research, I did not pay particular attention to their prices, so I have no basis for comparison there.
