Excellent Customer Service After seeing reviews, I narrowed my search to this and one other jeweler in the Wall Street area. This establishment not only had friendlier, more knowledgeable staff, but understand what customer service is all about. While shopping for my wife's ring to be custom-made, I also needed a watch battery replaced. They not only got it done in 10 minutes while I browsed around, but only charged me for the battery cost - while their local competitor wanted 4X's the cost and I would have had to come back the next day. While I haven't received the quote yet for the custom ring, I feel confident they will do superior work and quote a fair price.
