I had a great experience at Maloy's. The staff explained everything to me in detail and happily answered all of my questions. They worked on a diamond ring that belonged to my grandmother, and they did a beautiful job. I would trust them with any of my fine jewelry.

Loved this store! I was visiting Portland on vacation and my boyfriend and I decided to look for engagement rings while we were there since there is no sales tax in OR. Nina was so helpful in showing me all of their rings. I found the perfect ring and they cleaned in in sized it for me in a few hours since it was our last day and mailed the insurance claim for the ring in a very timely manner. Loved loved loved this store!

When my girlfriend and I started looking at rings we went to all the usual places and found rings that had certain features we liked, but we did not find anything that really impressed us. We then found out about ABC, first through a Google search, then a recommendation from a friend. We really liked the idea of a custom made ring but initially thought it would be out of our price range; however, we quickly realized that was not the case. We ended up with an absolutely gorgeous, one of a kind ring of our own design. The quality of the both the craftsmanship and diamonds was vastly better than anything we saw at any other store we visited. The bonus was that the ring we bought came with great customer service. There are not enough good things to say about our experience with buying an engagement ring from ABC. I will be going back to ABC for the next occasion to get something sparkly for my fiancée.

We went into ABC while in Portland, as we read all the many wonderful reviews, and were in the market for wedding rings, being recently engaged. We were looking at white gold mens bands...and I was going to just go ahead and get one, until Dori directed us to the clearance case where a piece of their custom work was: a platinum band with a milgrain edge. It was exactly what I never knew I'd been looking for. I love it. We also decided on the spot to go ahead and order a pair of custom women's rings to match the antique engagement ring. We were a bit nervous leaving the engagement ring anywhere, but the great reviews and excellent customer service put us at ease. The custom jeweler (I'm afraid I've forgotten his name) was enthusiastic and very clearly skillful, and that put me at ease, knowing the work would be his. We just received the rings (along with the engagement ring) in the mail...and the work is just stunning. We knew they would be, however, as Stephanie kept us up to date throughout the whole process. This is truly a first rate company and I will definitely look to them first for any future jewelry needs.
